Our Products
Focus areas, standalone tools, and longer-horizon explorations — all built on open foundations
Where the work is concentrated
Three focus areas define the active product roadmap. Standalone products and longer-horizon work sit alongside them below.
RDP on Linux
Wayland-native remote desktop. The platform under Lamco RDP Server, with automation tooling and client work alongside.

Proxmox Integration
Native RDP console in the PVE UI, per-VM RDP servers for QEMU/KVM, and pre-boot access. A co-equal focus area, not a sub-category of RDP.
Anchors: RDP Console, QEMU RDP, LamBoot

VDI
Virtual desktop infrastructure built on the RDP foundation, with tight Proxmox integration and innovative storage architecture.

Built with NetKit v1.0.1 from Maven Central:
Published open source foundations
Lamco’s published Rust crates and Kotlin libraries live on their own canonical pages on the Open Source index. That’s where you’ll find Laminate, the lamco-wayland and lamco-rdp crate families, NetKit on Maven Central, and xdg-desktop-portal-generic.
Exploratory & side endeavors
Separately scoped projects that don’t align directly with the current focus areas. Presented for completeness, not as near-term roadmap.
Lamco AI Suite
Exploratory
Local-first AI-powered productivity tooling. Long-horizon exploration, not scheduled.
Lamco Gaussian Image (LGI)
Exploratory
Open standard format for Gaussian splatting images; SDK + toolkit concept.
Lamco Gaussian Video (LGIV)
Exploratory
Companion video format to LGI using Gaussian splatting. Concept stage.
Our Product Philosophy
1. Build Solid Foundations
We don't cut corners. WiFi Intelligence needed networking libraries, so we built NetKit with 3,561+ tests. Our RDP server needed Wayland capture, so we created the lamco-wayland and lamco-rdp crate families.
2. Share With the Community
Infrastructure should be open. NetKit and the Rust crate families are free forever under MIT/Apache-2.0. When developers build better tools, everyone benefits.
3. Build Products That Matter
Commercial products fund open source development. Lamco RDP Server, QuickCapture, and WiFi Intelligence generate revenue that improves the libraries they’re built on. It’s a sustainable cycle.
